Just want to know that:

A) While software upgradation the phone automatically installs all latest versions in existing apps.How to control it ?

B) The upper half display LCD gets heated after only 30 mins usage. Is it so with all samsung galaxy M30s users or is it only with me ?

C) Everytime I switch on my phone the phone mandatorily requires me to enter pattern,well that's ok but after entering pattern why the message comes as 'Phone is starting' and takes few secs to load apps while displaying above message.

B)My M30s has never heated up much. I also don't play heavy games like pubg, etc. If you play pubg, maybe there will be some heating if you play at very high graphics settings. Otherwise there shouldn't be much heating. It has not occurred in my case.

C) It is completely normal. Everytime you switch on your phone after restart or switch off, you have to enter either pattern/pin/password whichever you have set. And that phone starting thing is also normal and occurs for about 30 seconds.

Please perform the following steps to resolve other mentioned issue:

Open Google play store >> tap on 3 lines >> settings >> auto update apps >> select don't update app >> or app download preference >> set accordingly.

Go to settings >> general management >> reset >> reset settings.
