Galaxy M30s issues

Just want to know that:

A) While software upgradation the phone automatically installs all latest versions in existing apps.How to control it ?

B) The upper half display LCD gets heated after only 30 mins usage. Is it so with all samsung galaxy M30s users or is it only with me ?

C) Everytime I switch on my phone the phone mandatorily requires me to enter pattern,well that's ok but after entering pattern why the message comes as 'Phone is starting' and takes few secs to load apps while displaying above message.

a) This is a age old trick which I am applying past 5 years.And I have already uninstalled galaxy store the day I bought phone.

I'll answer in sequence:

A) Upgrading or Updating your phone means you are installing new version of Android. With new Android Version, your apps also need to be updated to support the new version completely and efficiently.

B) Actually the AMOLED Display doesn't heats partially, It may be the position of Motherboard which gets heated often while regular use, charging or gaming. It's normal for every phone.

C) It's a mandatory system of Android these days, when you switch on or restart your device, it needs your password, pin or pattern to get unlocked completely. If you don't unlock it after turning it on then you'll not receive any notifications, the only thing you will receive is phone calls.

A) The updates that I am talking about means only the build number is getting updated.This updates only claim to enhance security level. But since last two updates the security patch level is 1 August 2019.

B) So is it that my phone's motherboard has issue ?

c) Why after unlocking Phone is starting displays for few seconds and screen blacks out meanwhile

mike, that's because it's actually august security patch level only. Though the updates claim to increase security. It's the same for everyone who updated. Maybe they just gave some bug fixes in it. They do not elaborate in this update because nothing such significant entails in it maybe. When it will actually be a security patch, you will see your security patch level also being increased.

Hi Mike,

Build number is the OS internal Stock Code. It changes with every single firmware update. It updates whole android system.

It's normal that your device's Motherboard is heating.

As I said earlier, The smartphone requires your Password, Pin or Pattern after each startup or restart to completely start your device for security reasons.
