Error in Screen time count.

Digital well-being app doesn't count screen time for "Samsung Video" app. 
I used Video app for 2 hours But shows screen time for Video app only 3 min. Which is the scrolling time to choose video.
So I can't measure the accurate screen time of my phone using Habit. Its absolutely wrong calculation. And lying with the user.

Please fix this issue soon.
