After recent update on my Samsung s21 ... This notification remains and notifying continually even WiFi is connected and Iam unable to background stop this.......I even restarted my device couple of times... But failed

Bro, once turn off wifi and click on use data(try once)

I too gt this notification after update and then i chose use data and updated all apps
