Custom themes not working for all apps

Google apps/Third party apps already don't support custom theme colour palette form wallpaper in OneUI4. Together with that several Samsung made apps also don't support the feature.

Why galaxy store is also not supporting in urs and third party and Google apps support will be given by app developer (maybe)
