Galaxy Store (Apps & more)Some of the apps are not getting updated from Samsung Galaxy Store and Google Play Store. Always getting the error message - Couldn't install, please Retry. I believe this issue started only after one UI update.
If I uninstall any of the APPs which is not getting udpated, then I'm not be able to install it back.
Called Samsung Support and they suggested me 5 options
Option 1 : remove cache and Data from Google play store and Google play services and then try to update apps on Google play store - didn't work
Option 2 : Use 'uninstall updates' Option on Google play store app and then to try update the apps - didn't work
Option 3 : go to Apps in settings menu and then reset app preferences. Then try to update the apps on play store - didn't work
Option 4 : go to general management in settings menu and then go to reset Option. In reset Option, click on 'Reset all Settings' , 'Reset network settings' and 'Reset accessibility settings' each and then after everything gets reset, try to install the app updates on Google play store - didn't work
Option 5 : start mobile in 'Safe Mode' and then try to install the apps on Google play store - didn't work as well . Infact by doing this I have 17 apps that not getting updated now (whereas earlier I had only 6 apps which had this issue)
After multiple calls to Samsung customer care and they taking control of my mobile thru smart tutor, none of them could resolve the issue.
Totally frustrated throughout this issue.. I'm not even able to download apps that I need for some urgent requirement.
I was reading thru the Samsung community page and could see that many other folks are going through this agonizing ordeal as well.
Not sure when Samsung is going to get this fixed.
Ive been using samsung phones since the last 15 years..Thinking of switching to another better brand now..
