First, install the Samsung News app from here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/samsung-electronics-co-ltd/samsung-free/samsung-free-6-0-01-21-release...
Then open its app info and click on "Samsung News settings". Scroll down and open "About Samsung News". Then click multiple times on the Samsung News text to show Developer Settings. Open Developer Settings by entering the password "Carnival+1107" to access. Enable the Developer Mode toggle and change Country Preset to USA. Now you can access the new US-only Samsung News in any country or region! Hope it helps.
