hi. i have s8plus. i can not see wireless charger option banner on my galaxy app, though tumi cover banner is their. what can be a problem? i got my phone under prebooking scheme.

I have tried all of your customer care with more than 50 emails. but no positive response. samsung credibility is doubtful if they fail to provide what they have promised before sale of their mobile. its bad and shameful.

Call number 1800107267864 and tell them your purchase detail. This service is for s8 scheme queries and it takes 24 hrs Max to receive the banner.

already done that. doing it since 7th june, 50 emails. galaxy team has no answer. can you esclate to the samsung management.

same problem with me.. mailed them they said u havent activated with registered no. . after many request they gave me activation number of my device which wasnt mine. samsung did fraud with many customer

Samsung are a bunch of cheats.. The target given to their emoloyees is to cheat customers and avoid such freebies resulting in good cost saving for the company

more than 150 customer in delhi and ncr have not received the wireless charger.
