widevine l3 out of the box in s23plus

Galaxy s23 plus my device is having widevine l3 out of the box

So no hdr10 or hd content on ott apps 

Only standard defination which is 480p on netflix 

Prime and hotstar ott apps 

But acutually s23 plus support widevine l1 

This not acceptable in high end smartphone 

Went to samsung store blaming third-party app

And google to bring update in play store

Done everything updated the device , factory teset , 

Play system update , uninstall and reinstalled netflix 

Clear netflix cache not fix

Samsung customer support is telling to wait only 

I have 4k plan in netflix but geting only sd quality

Netflix support they cant help ask to go device manufacturers 

I have been waiting since 8months no solution

Strange ,your wide colour gamut is also false , and mine is true ,I think there could be problem with the hardware itself.
Try to refash the whole firmware.
