You Can..And it is very Easy.. Just Go to Contacts App→Select Contact→then Select Camera Logo→then select below given Still Emoji's or Go to Gallery Section and select even Ar Emoji's from there...Same way you can also apply for your Profile Contact too.. Screenshots attached.. If you want to Replace with new one then go to Edit section given below that Contact just below Photo.... I am Using Note9...
