everytime i ask about update they just give a computerised message and dont really answer themselves ... and i will not be surprised by any reply becoz again there is gonna be same answer the computerised one.. no use of this app..😐😐😒😒☹☹☹☹

Dear ghostknight it's for everyone. To ask questions and get answers from Samsung or other users who have already faced those issues and able to solve them.

We can understand that this is annoying to get same reply for software update as of now we do not have official timeline for software update in Indian market for requested Samsung devices. The updates are released once it is ensured that the OS is bug free and is compatible with current running apps in the market. SAMSUNG ADMIN.....IF YOU REALLY UNDERSTAND US AND U DONT HAVE A OFFICIAL TIMELINE FOR SAMSUNG UPDATES....ATLEAST INFORM UR TOP MANAGEMENT IN INDIA SPECIALLY MR ASIM WARSI WHO IS HEAD OF SAMSUNG MOBILE DIVISION INDIA........PLS ESCALATE THE PROBLEM ABOUT THE SLOW UPDATES OF SAMSUNG MOBILES IN INDIA........IF NOT OS UPDATES ATLEAST PROVIDE ANDROID SECURITY UPDATES.....

ALSO MAKE A LIST OF PHONES IN INDIA ON UR WEBSITE WHICH WILL GET MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY SECURITY UPDATES.......

IN THAT WAY WE CONSUMERS WILL NOT BE FOOLED BY YOU BY UR ADVERTISING GIMMICKS OF UR PHONE MODELS WHICH WILL NEVER GET UPDATES......
