How to unlock this phone.

call your network customer care & ask for PUK code. they will give you puk code

you have to change your sim with retaining the same number.
just go to your nearest sim card gallery of which your sim is and ask them to give you new sim card with same number
your problem will be solved

this had happened with me in the 2012 I think

yes I knew that but when this was happened with me that time it solved in that way so i told

You can call the customer care from the same company other SIM card(Lets suppose that said Phone have Airtel so use any other airtel number to call customer care)
then ask tell them the phone number and the details they ask you and they will tell u the PUK code.

When u get that make sure to disable Sim Pin in settings of ur phone. (Settings > Security> Sim card pin)

This is the reason I do not activate sim pin.

When you activate sim pin, on restarting mobile it ask for sim pin. In short you cannot use the sim without entering sim pin.

And if you enter sim pin wrong 3 times, sim gets blocked and it ask for PUK code.

Call your sim company customer care and ask for puk code.
