what improvement ??? being as a whole in android the last major improvement is Android oreo .. later android 9 and android 10 just look based improvement .. not much changed in CORE of android

Google implemented major change is UPDATE MECHANISM and some UX and UI changes such as dark mode etc

so android 9 and 10 actually jas no improvment on CORE level thats it

Device function improvement is based on patch updates so till the official supoort live for s9 it will contd getting improvements when required

No another Android version update (11) , but till march or April next year S9 gets security updates. All phone manufacturers in Android expect Google OnePlus and few Android one phones give 3 years of major updates.
