Hi using s9plus . Its october now where are the software updates. Too many issues after August update. Samsung release the update fast. No September  update till now. And its October  now. 

Sorry to say my next device will not be a samsung. 

Big fan of samsung but sorry Samsung  u are neglecting  us. So we have to neglect  you.

wait as you are using flagship device ,just wait because to give update, for so many devices is not an easy task so just wait for sometime you will get update, they won't neglect flagship users, they neglect only those series which Samsung left the series like J ,now its working on m series so j series will get only security patch, nothing else as I have taken last device of j series living pie update I have not got any features update ,only security patch update .

s9+ September patch was released in 1st week of September, but reason best known to Samsung, why haven't they released for INS code. Got to wait and watch, nothing more can be done on it. 🤔

so the companies which have launched android 10 will have to wait for an update from google.
