Dear Samsung India,
You have been ignoring s7 edge from a way too long time. You have not provided any updates since August while all other phones in the J series or C series or Note series are getting updates. Moreover people in different countries are getting regular updates even if their phone is carrier specific which are usually delayed by carriers but here in India we get unlocked phones yet there is no update. for your information Verizon has started providing the November update to s7 and s7 edge users the prove being in the link https://www.sammobile.com/2017/11/21/verizon-galaxy-s7-galaxy-s7-edge-get-november-security-update/
Please do no follow the footsteps of Nokia that led to their exiting the mobile segment for a couple of years. as you must be aware of your competitors market share is going up and u r losing it. so please give up your attitude and become consumer friendly company so that you don't end up like Nokia.
And if you can't provide updates to that many phones then don't boast of your production capacity coz if you don't be consumer friendly it will all be a waste.

Yes! My phone seems too buggy to me now. What have we done Samsung? Did we do a mistake to buy your phone? If not, then please atleast provide us with a small security patch asap. I'm sick of my phone's speed now.

Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices.
