to ur understanding s10e is a compact flagship..it comes under flagship which will get 2 yrs of major os update then 1 yr of monthly security update and next one yr for quarterly updates..both s10lite and note 10 lite are affordable flagship which i believe wont comes under flagships. so the software update would be different for these..

the software have some bugs and issues as the customer says.
so wait for couple of days you will surely get the update
