unknown contact

i dont know y this contact always appear in contact list.. i deleted it many times but it appers the next day or the other day by itself in the name of share with friends.. i tried by not allowing contact permissions for every application including play store... i tried disabling sync... still it again appears....it actually shows its saved in phone but dont know how to completely delete... anyone else facing this problem.. please help me with permanent solutuon in getting rid of this contact...

its saved multiple times so you might have to delete it multiple times

no i have stopped deleting it so it keeps on saving again and again and merges itself...
