unable to select better sound quality

Im not able to opt for higher quantity in any of the following under developer options

Bluetooth audio sample rate

Bluetooth audio bits per sample 

Bluetooth audio channel mode

All of the above are stuck on default. 

Options are available for higher but cannot be selected.
