trouble with call quality

I seem to have sound quality issues with my S9 plus over Jio VoLTE. sounds are muffled and unclear on my side and not the caller on the other end.
even using headphones doesn't work

I have tried resetting app preference and network settings and also checked in safe mode

should I consider going to a Samsung service center nearby?

We would like to inform you that kindly once check while using other network SIM card in your device and check if same issue persists. If the issue is fixed with other SIM card then we suggest you to contact the network service provider else you need to contact the Samsung authorized service center.
