if you've bought it and activated your phone before 30 June then you are eligible to avail the free wireless charger. and after that's it's a pretty irritating process so to make it simple. just call Samsung mobile Helpline and ask them to assist you doing it.. they'll ask you to install 'smart tutor' app to use your phone from their computer..just like TeamViewer. and then they'll do what has to be done. I did it this way, hope it helps! :)
