software update error

try clearing data of google service framework

go to setting
then go to apps and click on three dot and press on show system app
then find google service framework and clear data

then again cheak for update may be you get

My j7 prime gets freezed suddenly and restarts . and after restarting its battery goes drastiaclly low . And twice I heard some weird noise and again it restarted .
