I have had a very disappointing experience with Samsung's software updates. Even after purchasing a 110,000 rupee phone, Samsung does not seem to be paying attention to its loyal customers. It feels like Samsung only provides proper updates for a year if you buy their latest phone, such as the S24 Ultra, implying that we need to purchase a new phone every year to receive updates.
