Hi,
None of my s8 sensors are not working which includes GPS, proximity, accelerometer, iris sensor, proximity sensors etc.. After the oreo update.. Factory reset and cache wipe did not do any good either. Any suggestions before taking it back to SSC.

this is the most common issue having to all of the galaxy s8 users worldwide, even my galaxy s8 sensors has stopped working after last August security patch update. ever since my sensors has never came back despite factory resetting, wiping cache, tried everything I could but none of them seemed to work, since the problem started after the update its surely a software bug, but Samsung is yet to fix this issue, even though you visit Samsung service center, all they gonna tell you is that your phone's motherboard is damaged or something and need to be replaced, but the price of the motherboard is half of the price of your phone, unless you have warranty.

Hi,
Unfortunately, no! I'm out of warranty and samsung service centre claims that it is the misuse of the user even though my phone doesn't even have a scratch... Hence the problem is with the motherboard and it has to be replaced.. And as the above user replied it would cost half of the price of the phone...if u find any solution feel free to share...
