I'm using s6 edge but it's battery backup is horribly worst. can I reduce its screen resolution
from QHD to fullHD (1080×1920). if it is possible then how can I do?

go to setting & display & you'll find screen resolution

You can change the device screen resolution under settings>>Display>>screen resolution.
