screen overlay detected is displayed whenever I try to give permission to an app

I checked the application setting it was all turned off except the Samsung member which turn on automatically. what could I do to solve this problem.

i have a problem i cannot open some of my apps it say sreen overlay detected. what should i do ? i tried to turn off all the apps but still doesnt work

remove or uninstall any booster,battery saver/antivirus,security apps like 360 security,CM security and cleaner apps like clean master

I removed the DU Booster after trying everything else and finally it worked.

thaxs alot it was about to burst my head but now solved after ur procedures but still worried coz I was no protection like Antivirus or cleaners
