screen mirroring in smart tv issue

why I cannot mirror my samsung galaxy s21 ultra using the home app to smart tv?.before its very easy to mirror now very complicated.

Steps to connect

Open Smart View:

Swipe down from the top of your mobile screen.
Tap Smart View. (If you don’t see it, tap Edit and add Smart View to your top bar.)

Connect to Your TV:

Select your TV from the list of available devices

Authorize the Connection:

On your TV, select Allow to approve the connection.

Steps to activate connections

Go to Settings , Click on All Settings.

Tap on Connections then External Device Manager.

Tap on Device Connect Manager .

Select a Mobile Device from the Device list and Change the Status to Allow .

To Cancel Smart View

Disconnect from the mobile device or press the Return Button on the remote control.
