screen issue

hi guys need help on the issue....please find attachment and advise if anyone is facing the same and how to overcome this.

seems the colors are faded.

setting-search (negative colour) select and off negative

as you can see....i pressed the power button to turn it off...but the icons in the home screen in backend seems faded away....which was not there earlier...if its not clear lemme know..

now this will give some more clear picture on my issue...see the top portion...its different than other portion in screen...
