samsung galaxy s10lite Display fade and fast charging issue

my s10lite is in mint condition. no dent no scratch and never drop the Phone, i am facing the issue of faded display and very very slow charging issue, it didn't charge with original charger, it didn't  connect to computer or any external device, it charges with other charger with very low speed(4hr for 20 to 80),

i thought it was broken but no, it will charge properly after the October 2022 update, after two days it gone worse it showing the same charging issue with display fade issue after the update of October 2022, I don't have any idea. Samsung please fix the issue if it was a software issue
