My incoming calls are going directly to voicemail. I am receiving text message, I am able to call others and message and also use mobile data, but I am not getting any calls. And this incident started happening after I used Do not Disturb button, and I think I have used it for the first time. Right now I have tried switch on and off airplane, decide and do not disturb button but nothing helps. And also I contacted the sim operator, they said the issue is with the device.

Hey Mohammed Tajammul, if I reset won't I lose all my data from the phone, like I know there is back up option, but I will lose all my data from the phone right?
