s8 plus not connecting with external hard disk

when I connect external hard disk using usb connector with my s8 plus, please see the screen shots following things happen. anybody else facing this issue?

format your hard disk with a computer with exFAT format then try to connect

I also face same problem with some pen drives and are fixed by this method

bro our hard disk are NTFS file system and phones have FAT file system so they don't read hard disk .first you download total commander file manager and exFAT/NTFS FOR total commander file manager in play store use it's definitely 100% working method
