Try a reset. If that doesn't work, get your S8/S8+ for firmware flash to the nearest Samsung Care Centre.
Or if you don't have warranty card, flash yourself at home using Odin as its very easy.

Did you try factory reset?
if that doesn't work you'll have to flash the firmware.

Backup all your data in PC or Onedrive then head to factory data reset.
