VoLTE not working after oreo update on S7 edge , the VoLTE calls option in sim settings is missing . I'm using Airtel for VoLTE .

Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that the VoLTE option also depends upon the network service provider. We also suggest you to follow the below steps and check if the option is available:

- Use VoLTE SIM in SIM slot 1
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.

my s7 edge still doesnt have the volte option after resetting the settings.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Check network operator settings
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically > OK > Registered on network.
Note: We recommend to set device network operators as LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) mode.
