s20 ultra rear camera glass shuttered stupid denial of design / quality issue

Same happened to our phone without any impact from outside. Samsung AE refused repair, despite design / quality problem. 

Samsung has stolen from me 100 usd with its wilful refusal of taking responsibility of this product design derived quality failure
