paid samsung themes not available in my country 😔

i hope today finds you all gently 🥰🫂 i sadly discovered than on my recent samsung phone, i no longer have the option to get the paid themes option, like i used to on my previous samsung note 8 (which i have had for about 6 years)

i had bought themes for simon's cat (based on the facebook/instagram comic of the kitty), and others, but on my new samsung, i no longer have any of the paid themes old or new available, and the themes store only gives me options of free ones (which is super awesome)! but i hope to get back my old paid themes i had 😔 

i could be wrong, but i think they deactivated paid themes for east africa (i am in kenya), and maybe some countries...is there a place/email/social media section i could write to samsung themes to request if they could activate for us 😔 or paid themes depend on phone make? (i know this sounds very odd, but sometimes when down, or during tough medical days, the little themes could brighten my day🥰)

i gently did contact customer care, and they confirmed the samsung paid themes are no longer in my country, but hoping i could request they could re-consider 🌻 (or at least to get the old paid themes back )

Log into the same Samsung account you used on your Galaxy Note 8. Open the Galaxy Themes app on your new phone and navigate to My Stuff (or a similar option like "Purchased").
If the purchased themes are linked to your account, they should appear here, even if paid themes are no longer sold in your region.

hello ngonidzashe, i hope todsy finds you well 🙂 i gently tried to log in to the same account i have in note 8, and looked at my stuff, and looked at the purchased items...and they have only listed the free items i got, but have not recorded the items i had purchased with my debit card 😔

Samsung sometimes adjusts features regionally, and paid themes may indeed be unavailable in East Africa e.t.c

yes, kind customer care  did tell me this 😔 it is unavailable in kenya (which is sad as was available before and they opted to remove), but wrote to them in hope they may reconsider, at least just to return my favourite theme i had purchased even if they don't activated paid themes....
