Where is the assistance at?

This is a community platform, where is the samsung assistance at? How come no one from samsung ever responds to anyone here? They are part of the community cos without us/n our support there wouldn't be a samsung! 

Sad story, they don't care to assit, listen, hear us or provide valuable information. 

The only thing you do get from email replies is, it's not available in your country, hard reset your device. If problem persists visit a service store!

Samsung is too big to worry about it's users!

You'll most likely get a response from the online community forums. Otherwise you can go to their website and use the online chat to receive help from a human.

They used to answer. There were multiple official accounts on here but I guess the people spamming about random stuff made them leave. That or they were kicked out to reduce costs
