Most of the sources say that the update will arrive on the 12th of May.

You will get a stable version in a couple of weeks, as they are constantly rolling out an update from past days for their flagship users, and ShAMeSUNG never says the exact date, so be patient

As per Samsung's schedule notification sent to all S23FE should get one UI 7.0 in May 2025. Keep checking and be patient. Many have received. You receiving update is also carrier ie.,Jio,Airtel,VI,BSNL. dependent. Hence some get early and others a bit late.
