never mind offer extension for existing s8 , s8plus customers

This s8 and s8 plus phone is too fragile which even can not bear the routine daily mis-happening like dropping from pocket height and results in broken glass. Whereas in marketing it was shown as toughest phone but on actual use , we realize it's most fragile phone.
now we realize it's a piece of vulnerable glass and handling accordingly.

but what fault we did that we're not getting this never mind offer even after paying higher launching rates.

since the Samsung also felt it's a draw back of this phone that's why offering one time screen replacement at 999 to attract more customers....
we old customers who bought this phone before 21 sept. also suffering from this draw back.

it's a kind request that this offer should be available to all s8, s8plus owner so that they can make their broken phone beautiful once again....

why NEVER MIND offer not for on series models..I bought On NXT Models recently in behold of big billion day..
