i have frequent call drop...blank voice space while talking. earlier i thought ths is due to Vodafone SIM so i bought Airtel...but issue persists. my neighbour cellphone shows full signal and proper voice call but my S7Edge has issue. i tired puttinf SIM in slot 1 and 2 simultaneously but issue persists.
I now realised that th issue was right from the day I bought cell phone....but somehow i cudnt understand that....now this manufacturing defect shud b well serviced by Samsung and I expect a good service from them. 9833884464 my contact and [email protected]

I to have same problem with S8 and I use airtel. I have got same response from the network provider.

seriously...such manufacturing defects in few pieces shud b replaced by Samsung

somewhere i feel like the SIM slot is not tht effectively designed...the SIM completely create fraction to the floor
