my samsung s9 plus shows poor connectivity of network.network show full but show emergency calls only.at the same time my brother is able to call with his mobile using same network sim.i am attaching screen shot also .look into this and rectify

First try a network reset and failing that a factory reset. Use smart switch to backup any important stuff. I have the update too and there is no problem here. A factory reset almost always is recommended in case of issues post update.

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
