my product adding issue

I have facing a issue while adding my mobile in my product list in Samsung members app

Its showing wrong ime and model number

I bought in authorized Samsung store in andhra pradesh

Clear members app data and try again... if not resolved use samsung tutor for help.

I went for service center and clear all the data and tried no use

Samsung tutor person only suggested me to post they said they will resolve the problem in 24 hrs after posting
