As of now it is useless as basic subscription doesn't include identity people.

@iceparticle I agree its not showing the details. seems that if we go for purchase plan than only it would show the details. free plan won't be that helpful. Will uninstall the app now..

As Samsung already included base app it would be great replacement to truecAller if they add identify people in base plan.

but in base free plan Truecaller shows all details. I hope Hiya will show that too.. if everything goes with buying a plan of 170/- per month than samsung should rethink on fees. atleadt for its whole big android phone users he should offer free rather payment . we are buying expensive products of Samsung

Samsung is not the owner of hiya. They just added hiya service base app in dialer./ contacts. If Samsung buys hiya then we can expect it for free. 😜😜
