in right side edge of screen transparent pause previous chater ,next chapter icon and lock icon are displaying and

I check in safe mode but same problem in safe mode also

If so the best solution is to reset your phone, since that Safe Mode couldn't isolate the cause of this issue.

1st you need to backup all you contacts, messages, files, photos, videos, settings, then you have to go to Settings > General management > Data factory reset.

Hi,
Before resetting your phone, just try resetting app preferences, so that you won't loose any data.

Open settings > apps > click on the 3 dot menu on right top > reset app preferences. This will reset the permissions for all apps to default. Let us know the result.
