possible but you have to root your device first which is risky procedure

you can root and install custom rom from XDA....this will reduce security of your device...and you will not be able to use samsung health/pay and any upi payment app etc

You can't install Android 10 with One UI 2.0 officially on your desired device due to Samsung rollout generally maximum two major updates for each model.
