When It's available for eligible devices users will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App, click on it and register yourself on it then go to setting and click on software updates and update your's device. Firstly, the beta program will only be applicable for the S24 series, and after that , the remaining models can apply for beta. For application, you can check the homepage of the members app and apply for that when it gets available. Hope this answers your question.
