There is no official way to indicate internet speed on the status bar,you have to download some 3rd party apps

But there is an official way. It's in Setting > Notification > Advanced Settings > Show realtime Network speed.

This has always been a feature. I've been using it since 2019 (Samsung A70)

Are you sure,that's official setting?

As there is no such official option in any of the samsung devices

I believe that option is available in vivo phones(could be available in other phones as well) but now when i am searching same, i couldn't locate in samsung phone

i'd suggest you to use internet speed meter. This app won't show any ads and works fine.
