how do I lock apps without using secure folder (s20fe)

I have a samsung s20fe and after the android 11 update I can't lock apps . I don't want to use certains apps in secure folder and s secure is not allowed on my phone for some godforsaken reason. Can anyone tell me how to lock apps individually?
