restart by pressing power, volume up and the bottom button, all at once...
phone restarts boot mode...
go to clear cache option via volume keys...
select with power key and confirm yes...

I am s8 user and after oreo update clear cache at once option is removed.
Now you has to clear cache one by one in settings>apps>select any app>storage>clear cache.
