hello, everyone
i am facing this problem in my s7 edge!! i am unable to access pics n videos in my gallery. need help

clear ur gallery Cache and remove ur memory card and reinsert it. then restart ur phone

do wipe cache partition under boot menu

turn off your phone...
hole vol up + power key at same time.. wait until you see android recovery menu it can take 1-2 min... and then select clear cache partition...
#dont select wipe system data. or else you will loose your phones data
