Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to provide you some steps that you can follow to overcome the issue :
1) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Select the Application >> Clear data & Clear Cache.
2) Navigate to Settings >> Apps >> Press On More >> Reset App Preferences.
3) Also update the Application from Play Store if any available.
