We're glad you reached out here with your concern. Kindly check mentioned steps to sync images with Samsung cloud i.e. Navigate to Apps > Gallery > Three dot at right side corner > Sign in Samsung cloud.

yes you can please sign in with samsung account in gallery. then upload to samsung cloud
